Principal Broker of Pioneer Realty
Founder of Rich Agent Coaching
Hello!
Please allow this to act as a short introduction to me.
I bought my first investment property with my Dad in 1983 at age 18, what would today be called a flip, and realized I had found the real estate industry is where I wanted to spend the rest of my life.
After graduating with both a BS and an MBA in Real Estate and Urban Land Development from Virginia Commonwealth University, I earned my Real Estate License in 1989 and started Pioneer Realty with my Dad two months later.
As my portfolio grew, I transitioned out of real estate sales to free up more time to devote to investing in great cash-flowing real estate.
In 2007, I retired from actively and aggressively listing and selling real estate after reaching Top Producer status (I sold 100+ homes a year for six consecutive years) and became a coach to other real estate agents that wanted to learn to list and sell in high volume and to invest in real estate for a great life after real estate sales.
Today, I’m actively involved in the acquisition (and redevelopment) of existing apartment communities with a strong value add component and the development of new residential communities (both subdivisions and apartments).
And Pioneer Realty has morphed from a traditional full-service real estate firm to a management firm servicing my rentals and those of a very few other investors that agree in advance to allow us to treat their rentals as we do our own.
I’ve authored four books, three courses and am the creator, editor and publisher of a monthly newsletter specifically for rental owners called ‘The Landlord Minute.
As you can see, Real Estate is all I have ever done. It’s what I am passionate about. I get up in the morning and go to bed at night thinking about it. And no, that doesn’t make me weird. I don’t consider what I do work. Rather, my occupation is my vocation. As a result, I can truthfully say that I’ve never worked a day in my life.
Most important, I’m a husband (I married my high school sweetheart) & Dad to three Great children.
I can best be reached at [email protected] or (804) 746-1512 ext. 105.
The Landlord Minute exists to serve owners and landlords throughout the Commonwealth with information you can use in your business to save time, to save money, and to grow your business. It was created by Jesse Lennon, an owner of rental properties since 1983.
If you see, hear or learn of something that owners and landlords could benefit from, please let me know about it so I can share it with others.
If you aren't already getting the newsletter, please take a moment to join our mailing list. I know you'll enjoy getting each months issue.
